Even after an article on Wired magazine stepped forth to show its support for Tablo, Tajinyo is still out to get the rapper, even voicing its criticism on the famed magazine.

On April 24, the online edition of the IT magazineWired reported that ‘[Tablo] had not lied’ in a piece by reporter Joshua Davis, titled ‘The Stalking of Korean Hip Hop Superstar Daniel Lee’.

Davis, who had covered the issue for an alumni newsletter of his alma mater Stanford University, stated, ‘[Tablo] actually did graduate from Stanford in three and a half years with two degrees. His GPA had been in the top 15 percent of his undergraduate class’ and that Tajinyo had offered a lawyer who had graduated from Stanford University 10,000 dollars to ‘sign a statement swearing he had never seen [Tablo] on campus.’

After the article started making news in Korea, the Tajinyo members launched their own line of defense. A member with the nickname Ray (yjlee***) flamed, ‘They call something posted online on a mere IT magazine the ‘American press’ to acknowledge Tablo? Some ridiculous IT magazine published the article’.

Another member, Disney Land (minch***), stated, ‘This is a characteristic attempt by Tablo to start up a new issue’, while a netizen called ‘Honors at Harvard JD Crash Course’ (minsa01) said, ‘We need to punish those who call themselves journalists’.

The posts were an expression of resistance to the suspicions that their café was at the center of corruption and that they had paid an alumni to fan the suspicions against Tablo.

I honestly can’t believe that cafe is still functioning. And it sounds like the only thing they are angry this time is cause of the place the article was published. Korea needs to start putting people in prisons, actually.
